Cancellation less than 24 hours before service: A small operational fee may apply
Missed appointment with no notice: Full service fee may apply
Refunds for Completed Services
Refunds may be granted if:
The service did not match the agreed specifications
Significant issues occurred due to our team’s error
The treatment was incomplete due to technician fault
Refunds will not be issued if:
Customer refused recommended procedures
Safety conditions prevented full service
Issues arise from pre-existing property conditions
Customer dissatisfaction is based on subjective preference without service failure
Re-cleaning Option
Before issuing a refund, we may offer:
A free re-cleaning
Additional disinfection treatment
