Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 24 hours before service: No fee

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before service: A small operational fee may apply

  • Missed appointment with no notice: Full service fee may apply

Refunds for Completed Services

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The service did not match the agreed specifications

  • Significant issues occurred due to our team’s error

  • The treatment was incomplete due to technician fault

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Customer refused recommended procedures

  • Safety conditions prevented full service

  • Issues arise from pre-existing property conditions

  • Customer dissatisfaction is based on subjective preference without service failure

Re-cleaning Option

Before issuing a refund, we may offer:

  • A free re-cleaning

  • Additional disinfection treatment
