Customer Responsibilities

• Inform our staff about any hazards or sensitive materials in the space

Liability

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions due to materials not disclosed in advance.

Health & Safety

Some disinfectants require temporary evacuation. Customers must follow technician instructions for safety purposes.

Payment Terms

• Payments must be completed before or immediately after service.

• Accepted payment methods: card, bank transfer, cash (where applicable).

Service Refusal
